Statement Of Qualifications
QLS Services, Inc. began in 1996 with a focus on providing Air Conditioning, Heating and Ventilation to its customers with a superior service at a good value. Although that focus has never changed, it quickly found a niche maximizing the performance and efficiency of buildings and homes through mechanical upgrades, insulation and weatherization. We are a participating company with Austin Energy and Oncor to execute Home Performance with Energy Star upgrades, based on the Department of Energy Guidelines. Our mission is to look at each building or home as a whole and formulate a plan that helps prioritize and budget upgrades that meet Department of Energy guidelines and provide exceptional energy savings.
Specific vehicles for achieving this include performance modeling, efficiency calculations, field testing and inspections, as well as a well trained staff dedicated to making your goals a reality. We always recommend and refer third party performance testing to guarantee that nothing was hidden and our work is complete.
QLS Services, Inc. has been regularly providing between 4000 and 6000 system assessments, audits, energy code evaluations and Energy Star certifications per year. Clients include commercial builders, custom home builders, businesses, homeowners and non profits.
